Make sure you're logged in, then click the PDF button on your resume. If it still doesn't work, message us on WhatsApp with your account email and we'll fix it within 24 hours.
I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you don't get the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to Account Settings and click Cancel Subscription. No fees, no contracts. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
